If you feel that our services are not the right fit after your first session, our Flegen Experience Satisfaction Guarantee offers a partialrefund or credit, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility for Refund
This guarantee applies only after the completion of the first session within a purchased package.
The refundable amount will be the difference between the package price paid and the standard single-session rate of S$295.
Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days following the first session.
2. Exclusions
The guarantee is no longer applicable once the second or any subsequent session has been attended.
Transportation fees, which are included in the session rate, are non-refundable.
3. Credit Option
In place of a refund, you may choose to convert the eligible refund amount into Flegen credits.
